8. Right to Access to Your Personal Data

You may enquire as to whether Raycode is in possession or control of your Personal Data and or the ways in which your Personal Data has been used or disclosed within a year before the date of your request. Any such request must be made in writing to the Data Protection Officer and an administrative fee may be imposed for responding to such a request.
  2. Subject to the Act, Raycode may not be able to provide access to all of the Personal Data that it holds about you. For example, Raycode may not provide access to Personal Data if such provision could reveal Personal Data relating to another person, if such information is subject to legal privilege, if such provision will be contrary to national interest or if the non-disclosure of access is otherwise permitted by law. If access to Personal Data cannot be provided, the reasons for denying access will be provided upon request, to the extent permitted by law.

You can access a broad range of your personal information by logging into your user account.

10. Updating your information

You must make sure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete. You can see, review and change most of your personal information by logging into your user account. Once you make a public posting, you may not be able to change or remove it. Upon your request to the customer service, we will close your account and remove your personal information from view as soon as reasonably possible, based on your account activity and in accordance with applicable law. We do retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our User Agreement, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law.
